Positive: The view Negative: Our experience started poorly and never really recovered. We were instructed to collect the keys at 3:00 pm from an EzyMart using a code that had been provided. When we arrived, the staff member advised that the code didn't exist. We then attempted to call the two contact numbers provided, both of which were disconnected. After multiple calls to the customer service number, we could only leave a voicemail as nobody answered. At this point, we were genuinely concerned that the booking may have been a scam. Eventually, one of the previously disconnected numbers became active, but communication was difficult, with messages that were hard to understand and offered little reassurance. After waiting for over an hour, someone finally arrived at the store, handed over the keys, and left without explanation. The EzyMart staff member then asked for the code, which suddenly worked, allowing us to finally collect the keys. While the apartment had a nice view and appeared reasonably clean at first glance, there were noticeable cleanliness issues. The towel provided had someone else's hair on it, and dust had accumulated on the bed heads, suggesting cleaning standards were not being maintained. The accommodation itself was acceptable, but the check-in process was stressful, disorganised, and completely avoidable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not book with this company again.

Great stay in an excellent location. Easy walking to everywhere, with trams close by. Positive: Location was excellent and we loved the view from so high up at nighttime. The beds were so comfortable which we really appreciated. Negative: It was only small things but inconvenient when staying in a self catering apartment. There was no plug in the bathroom so unable to have a relaxing bath. The kitchen had no tongs which are always handy & the only glasses were wine glasses. It’s preferable for us to drink juice or water out of a normal glass rather than a wine glass. Like I said, only little things but they do help make a stay more comfortable. Overall though it was a great weekend.

Convenient location nearby restaurants and the market. The view is amazing as well!! Positive: Great location had an easy time bringing the family around the city to Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne Central with the trams. The view at night is amazing! Had a great stay, thank you for the wine!!

Positive: Loved my stay at Melbourne Uno. Perfect city location, clean and modern apartment, and a smooth check-in experience. Comfortable, convenient, and great for a city stay. Would happily stay again.
