不开心 Positive: 火车站、超市就在附近，比较方便 Negative: 钥匙🔑管理需要改进！ 在booking上定的时候我说明航班上午到，需要提前入住！但是钥匙🔑一直没有拿到！在狂风暴雨中等到下午3点钟！（酒店的入住时间）钥匙🔑还是没有拿到！后来得知前面住客28号退房钥匙🔑没有归还！我31号入住！打了很多电话一直没有回复！后来告诉我说去取钥匙🔑了要半小时后送到！钥匙送来的时候一个年纪大的阿姨还对我说下午3点入住！前面住客钥匙都没有归还你们都不知道？让我等了那么久！管理太不靠谱了！

Optimal - sauber, neuwertig und hat viel zu bieten. Positive: Moderne, sichere und relativ zentrumsnahe Unterkunft in Melbourne. Mit dem Zug ist man in 15 Minuten in CBD. Am Pool hat man eine gute Übersicht und Möglichkeiten für ein BBQ In der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants und Einkaufszentren. Besonders gefallen hat Elle Cafe und der Fischhändler im Einkaufszentrum (Nähe Wollworth)

Good Location, Clean and comfortable apartment. Parking available for extra fee. Positive: The location was good. Easy access to Melbourne suburbs. Good alternative to staying in the city as suburb has village feel. So many restaurants if you don't want to prepare food yourself or there is a Woolworths on the next corner. Apartment is comfortable and has all the necessary things to have a self-catered stay. There is a gym and rooftop pool on level 10. I was there when it was 32 degrees and the pool felt heated. The gym was well equipped but small. Parking was in the building for an extra fee. Negative: I was tired when I turned up after a full day on the road for work. The extra work required to collect the keys from the IGA, (which was busy and I felt like a nuisance to their normal operations), find my 8-digit code in my emails, then figure out how to get into the car park which wasn't very well marked, left me feeling frustrated. I think if I had got their earlier and was on holidays it would have been great. I think the apartment must be inside a permanent resident apartment, because when i turned up I heard a dog barking and some other personal items on front doors or apartment. Just so you know this is an Airbnb in an apartment block that has permanent residents.
