very nice！ Positive: The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I accidentally left some personal belongings behind after checking out, and they went out of their way to help me find them and arrange a time for me to pick them up. I really appreciate their help and excellent service!

Positive: Quiet, clean and comfortable. Fully equipped amenities. Good alternative to a traditional hotel room. Conveniently located next to shops and rail. Negative: We tried to get in and wait in the lobby before check in but could not get a hold of the building manager.

Really great stay very clean and comfortable and great location for our needs. Positive: it was easy to pick up the key from the IGA store close by, but the instructions on how to park could be clearer. Like once you have entre the car park turn left and go up one level, there you'll find the number on the ground to park car. Negative: The instructions on how and where to park.
